Exercise During the Day, But Don’t Rest

If you’re going to sleep well at night, you really need to exercise a lot during the day. Going for a walk or run during the evening is an especially good way to use up any residual energy before you go to bed. It’s thought then when you exercise during the day, not only do you fall asleep faster at night, but you also sleep more deeply. And another thing you should do is avoid resting too much during the day. Naps during the day should be totally off limits. If you are sleeping during the day, it will make it much harder for you to get a good night’s sleep later on.
